This drink is so yummy, it’s like drinking a cup of black forest cake.
hot coffee
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp maraschino cherry juice (from the jar)
2 tbsp Kirsch
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Maraschino cherries
In a large mug, mix coffee, Kirsch, chocolate syrup and cherry juice.
Stir well, then top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and cherries.
Notes: I add a touch of Kirsch and maraschino cherry juice to the whipped topping. As well as some sugar, to taste.
